Welcome to Wejdan Aljamal Beauty Salon ("the Salon", "we", "us"). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from the Salon. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows without notice may be charged 100% of the booked service price.

3. Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Some services are displayed as "from" a minimum price; the final price depends on hair length, density, and condition assessed by the stylist at the appointment.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service. Patch tests are available on request for colour and chemical services.

6. Complaints

If dissatisfied, please inform us before leaving the Salon. Complaints submitted within 48 hours of the service date will be considered for a complimentary correction at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Eastern Province.

Privacy Policy

Wejdan Aljamal Beauty Salon is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. What Data We Collect

When you book or contact us, we may collect your name, contact number (WhatsApp/phone), appointment details, payment information, and any health information you voluntarily share for safety purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to confirm and manage appointments, send reminders via WhatsApp, process payments, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

Data may be shared only with payment processors (e.g., Moyasar), WhatsApp (Meta) for booking messages, and legal authorities if required by Saudi law.

4. Data Retention

We retain appointment and payment records for up to 5 years as required by Saudi commercial regulations. Personal contact data is deleted upon request, subject to legal obligations.

5. Your Rights (PDPL)

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Refund Policy

At Wejdan Aljamal Beauty Salon, we strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied.

1. Services — General Rule

Completed services are generally non-refundable. However, we are committed to making things right if you are dissatisfied.

2. Service Corrections

If unhappy, please inform us before leaving the Salon or within 48 hours. We will offer a complimentary correction where the issue is attributable to our work.

3. Cancellations — Prepaid Bookings

More than 24 hours' notice: full refund within 7–14 business days.
Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% refund.
No-show: no refund.

4. Salon-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund or a rebooking at your preference.

5. Products

Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition. Opened products are non-refundable unless faulty.
